How does pre-admission work?
The patient can either:
Complete the online pre-admission form below (Preferred method)
or
Visit the admissions desk at Midlands Specialist Private Hospital a day or two before the scheduled procedure to complete all necessary documentation, and to go through the physical screening process if required by the admitting doctor. (If online pre-admission is not possible)
